WebPress brakes use a hydraulic or mechanical force to lower the punch onto the metal sheet. The force applied by the punch is determined by the tonnage of the press brake, which can range from a few tons to several hundred tons, depending on the size and thickness of the metal sheet that is bent. The hydraulic press brake machine incorporates numerical control technology, servo, and hydraulic technology. The left and right cylinders are driven to extend and retract by controlling the action of the valve. This movement drives the ram of the press brake machine to rise and fall.
